Poor experience! Placed a drive thru take out order.Had to review the initial order 2 times to be sure they got it right. Was asked to advance into the parking area and they would bring out the order.Waited 10-15 minutes...went in to check on the status...looked like they either forgot about the order or they were too busy with ice cream at the drive thru ???..went back to my vehicle and waited about another 10 minutes before going back in when they finally gave me the order....20- 25 minutes of waiting when it appeared that weren't that busy seemed unacceptable.and an order of fries was missing! The food was ok but the service was poor.

I ordered a blizzard cake online and when I got home I opened it up and realized how bad it looked. Whoever did the lettering really didn’t care.. I feel like being able to add writing to the cake shouldn’t be an option if someone’s not able to do it nicely.

The problem for me at this Dairy Queen is that whenever I go and order two blizzards, one comes out perfect and the other comes out looking like soup. I understand it’s ice cream and it melts but the one I got today looked like it was made for someone else 15 minutes before I even ordered. By the time I got home, it wasn’t even ice cream anymore. I had to refreeze it and it doesn’t taste the same. It’s also sad that the worker refused to flip them because she knew they were melted. It’s kind of disappointing when that’s suppose to be the iconic DQ thing.

My husband ordered me a birthday cake and they wrote down the order. Then they didn’t even make the cake. They gave our their managers personal number and she got upset at us for calling it. Maybe don’t have high-school students by themselves on night shift. There were kids running around doing whatever they wanted outside and inside and the young student said I can make a backup cake. How often does this happen that you guys have backup cakes and that’s not the point we don’t want a sloppy 5 minute job. We want what we paid for to begin with. Then she called the manger before we did to give her what is her version of the story lol. Way to cover your tracks. Not impressed at all. This location is going toEnd up closing if they keep the same manager who’s clearly not hiring the right people. The manager doesn’t care that much about her job. She didn’t even call us back to resolve the issue like she said she would.

Unfortunately DQ fell very short with their cake decorating skills! Ordered this cake 48 hours in advance and was told they had a great cake decorator! Not sure what the yellow and red things are supposed to be but I asked for a drinking themed cake for my daughter's 19th birthday. Needless to say she was very disappointed.

I have been here twice now because I work close by and I won't be back! First time I came food was awful!! Was re-heated and fries were re-fried(I used to be a supervisor at a VERY BUSY A & W)! Second vist I asked for a hot fudge sundae with extra nuts and got NONE at all but paid for them! I went up to ask for the difference back and blue haired person proceeded to tell me what *I* did wrong! I won't be back

Place never has a/c. In the dead of summer it’s set to 80° in there. It’s awful for the guests and the staff.

Took my family with 3 small children for ice cream at 9 pm and kids running restaurant had hard rock music blaring inside and outside with f* bombs blasting. We asked for them to change. They changed the station for one song then put it back to same station.I won't be back. Recommend an adult on staff.
