The Bowery Condos + Lofts

Yay finally built!!! Looks nice! Pool on top floor...wouldn't want to own the penthouse under it in 20 years when it starts leaking!!

The woman that works at the sales office is quite rude. I have had to interact with her on a few occasions, and not only is she not helpful, she talks down to you, and acts like you are bothering her. She is very unpleasant to deal with.

Good place to live. Low condo fees. Mostly quiet, especially on higher floors. Great amenities. One of the best condo gyms in the city. Building isn’t highly staffed, but that keeps things affordable, and it doesn’t cause serious issues.

Poorly managed condo with unhelpful and unaccountable staff. Management office has arbitrary hours, no one is there when you need help. It’s not uncommon to see homeless people tailgating a resident and sleep in the lobby. No concierge on site.

The most disrespectful place in Canada .I am a professor and visiting lecturer in several universities .during my stay in Canada, I did not meet a person without politeness and full of rudeness as the building manager.I was visiting my friend, and I tried to enter the building without waiting for a response from my friend, I admitted that I should have waited, but the way the manager treated me was disgusting.he started shouting like I was a criminal, and when I came back to wait he started arguing that my friend is not at home!!!! With the worst words and voice, he kept following me with looks, and I thought to call the policeWhen I walked in .it became clear to me that I was not the only one who was treated rudely.

Great building & amenities. Quiet location, very friendly super intendants and very central to everything! Also, beautiful sunsets.

NOT a good neighbourhood (quite rough and tumble; cop cars/ambulances/fire trucks often visit this street multiple times a week, especially in the spring and summer).VERY LOUD - the floors of your apartment literally shake when drump trucks and other large trucks roll down the street which is quite often.Lots of nearby construction noise. They're also going to put up a nearby condo soon.Building itself is clean, well taken care of; condo appliances are quite cheap.

Please ignore Sarah Connor's obnoxious/dishonest review. Living in Centretown comes with hearing ambulances + firetrucks often, and in my 11 months of living here they have parked near the building twice due to - you guessed it - emergencies that people living nearby were facing. This city is dealing with a homelessness issue that surpasses the neighbourhood you might be living in, they do not just avoid certain areas due to your personal preferences. To say that this a rough/tumble" neighbourhood is beyond ignorant.The surrounding areas are quiet

Amazing location! Beautiful, sophisticated and modern style building. The rooftop lounge, fitness centre, salt water pool and bbq area are very impressive. Floor to ceiling windows. Convenient underground parking, elegant and secure lobby. Plenty of underground parking for visitors. Personal lockers and bike racks secured underground. What more can you ask for? If you want the best view of the whole city just go on the rooftop. Chill out in the sun and connect to the free wifi while getting some work done. Enjoy a drink or a bbq. Exercise or yoga overlooking the whole city. Take a dip in the pool. Enjoy the sauna.Well thought out and modern designs. Fully upgraded materials. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Short walk to the LRT station and everything else one needs. Top notch place.
