not impressive customer service; after going in store for stock x3 and being called where there was a language barrier issue that my husband fail to understand the employee as not fluent --- than i show up to the store as was guessing was concerning stock finally arrived to be told once again no stock but one spray can available --- was reassured every time in about not being a problem once in ... and again get call back today after continuous inquiring as still not kept for customer! Each store employee encountered promised that when stock in will get price override at sale deal price .... to be told today sorry we can no longer do that and item price cant be altered ??? Unreal treating customers in this manner giving them run around and laugh in their faces and they encourage to shop local; this store is a joke when asked for the bathurst store managers name today to try and rectify matter was told unable to be given that and it wasn't disclosable `to the public WHY!!!! .... told her would be in to see her personally and when asked when next shift she stumbled and very hesitantly to give me a day ** next tuesday.... not appealing store for great service -- was invited to call customer service and told nothing further they could do -- really feel that I was not treated like a valuable or appreciated customer whatsoever --- truly disappointed at my experience not only today but in the last weeks of been given the runaround for absolutely no results"
