Very friendly and helpful staff. I take all my clothing donations here and nice to have drop off door.

Staff was very friendly (as always), and they all wore masks. It was a VERY QUICK trip in and out but I still managed to find what I was looking for (Halloween things) at VERY reasonable prices. NOT like our other so-called Thrift" stores in Fredericton."

I went for a stroller walk with my baby last week ,walked by the store and decided to go inside and take a look since baby was finally sleeping .As soon as I went inside I spotted an old lady who works at the store looking at me and following me with her eyes .At first I thought it was normal ,I was walking and checking some items and then I heard my baby waking up so I was just playing with the stroller rocking her back to sleep .That lady was literally following me with a cart throughout the store I was trying to stay away from her as I felt uncomfortable and also from the Boise she was making with the cart to not wake up my baby .I saw a small lunch box that I wanted to purchase I put it underneath my stroller with other stuff I had there ,I was going to go pay for it but baby started crying so I put it back on the shelf and was heading towards the door.I got to the door and the lady jumped on me with a loud rude tine ,MAAAAAAM ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THOSE THINGS !!!!!!!.I told her can you first please lower your voice my baby is sleeping ,and what things those are my baby stroller toys and hat that I bought from Carter's and I have a receipt for them!!She keeps on looking at the stuff and saying there was a woman who looked like you this morning a ND she was tryiing to take things .I wear a scarf on my head ,I m a brunette I have a big stroller ,I told her did she look like me !????She had a scarf on and a stroller !She kept saying no I did not mean she looks like you it was just a lady she kind of looked like youI got really ashamed because she was yelling at me in front of other customers ! She was rude and racist!!!She made me uncomfortable following me inside the store staring at me the whole time .I would have appreciated it if she asked me nicely or gold me to come to the back .I told her you would not forget a woman who looks like me as I'm not a blond with blue eyes to make a mistake ,I don't look like everyone else you should remember t.I asked her to describe the other woman she told me YOU CAN LEAVE NOW ! IM NOT DOING THIS ALL DAY.Another cashier came to support her they tried to shut me up.I spoke then to a supervisor or a manger who was extremely nice and apologized .The other lady did not even apologized .It was the worst experience ever and I'll never go back to that store .

By far one of the better thrift stores in town! I like that there is alot of room to browse, compared to other small shops, and they have even given my kids stuff for free on a couple visits! The staff is very caring and courteous and the store is clean.

My daughter and I went in hoping to find a treasure and we were not disappointed. Polite workers and cashiers.

It's a pretty average thrift store. They have a large variety of items but usually only a few of each type. I do like how they print out pages from eBay showing the value of some of their antique/one of a kind items.

This two year old huge new building has nothing more to offer than any other thrift store & what they do have is the typical mostly junk at unreasonable prices.Not recommended

The book section was pathetically small, and overall the store was very crowded with both stock and shoppers.

I visit this store often. I get allot of my house hold items here..Very organized and not over crowded with things..most things are reasonably priced and of very good quality. This may be a second hand store, but once It is in my home, it feels brand new

Way better than Value Village!Very friendly staff and clean environment.Just wish they had a bigger electronics section
