OK Tire Williams Lake - Specter Auto Repairs

I was travelling through the area and had a breakdown just outside of town. I called to see if I could have it towed to them and was told that they were quite busy but to get it there and they would do what they could as soon as they could. When I arrived, I checked in and told them I was going for lunch. When I returned from lunch, my truck was ready to go. Super impressed with this place for the professionalism and speed at which I was back on the road. Highly recommend them and if I ever need a repair shop while in the area, there is no question I would go back.Thanks Specter Auto for getting back on the road so quickly!

We got stranded and towed in from outside Williams Lake late at night. These guys looked things over and got me going the next day. Didn't over charge me and actually brought me into the shop to show me. As a woman this is a rare experience. Highly recommend.

I have always gotten in quickly for repairs and have had no issues with the work performed on my vehicles. All the staff is very friendly. The business i work for often sends vehicles to Specter for mechanical work and Dustin, the manager, has been very accomidating. Would highly recommend this business.

Took my truck here for two new front brake lines. Was promised parts would be overnighted which they were not and for two brake lines it ended up costing me $185. In the end I could have had the same exact brake lines from amazon for under $100 in the same amount of time. My total bill was nearly $400 dollars to replace two front brake lines and when I got home to Alberta and was having a balljoint repaired my local mechanic discovered the connections where the new line met the brake caliper was leaking brake fluid badly because it had not been tightened properly. I was lucky to have made it home without losing my brakes while crossing the mountains. Reached out and emailed Willie the manager and sent pictures of the poor workmanship and received a one word apology response. Would give them zero stars if I could!

Passing through the area and needed snow tires ASAP. Was serviced promptly, able to sit and have lunch across the street while we waited, and had our original tires bagged and walked out to our vehicle. Greatly appreciated this kind of service.

Had the interior and engine bay cleaned, very good job. I would recommend this place for sure.
