Got shelving units from Costco; unfortunately a part was missing! Naomi at Metalsistem Canada Inc. was polite and prompt in getting a replacement part sent to us at no extra cost!!Their ‘SUPER123 - COT-C 78”H x 48”W x 16”D - Starter’ shelving kit' is well designed, sturdy and quite easy to assemble!

I wish I could give them zero stars for customer service. Don't consider Metalsistem Canada unless you bring a bag of money with you (they don't take Visa or any kind of electronic payment). The employees are not helpful at all and really aren't interested in selling products to customers. Stay away.

Work for a paving company and needed some outside racking. Found Metalsistem through google at the last minute and was a great find. We didn't exactly know what we needed and Jossi and the Metalsistem team were great in adjusting to our needs and plans. Very flexible designs and offer great products, and like previously mentioned didn't mind redoing drawings as our design/plans changed the more we were educated on racking designs/formations in general. Price was great vs other racking company's, especially when it comes to outdoor racking. We didn't have the biggest order but somewhat unique with a few sections here and there and he was very accommodating and understanding given we had 0 knowledge of any racking systems in general when we started this project. Highly recommend the team at metalsistem.

Great heavy duty boltless shelving and pallet racking, at good price. Shelving is easy to adjust and can be easily expanded. There are many accessories available for the shelving as well. The staff are friendly and professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
