Quinte Design Centre

I can’t fathom how this company which has taken 18 months now to fix one cabinet (and already tried once by replacing it with the completely wrong colour), dodges all communication and doesn’t show up to scheduled appointments only has 5 star reviews on their Facebook page. I can almost guarantee those reviews are from family members because I personally have 3/3 of my neighbors I questioned who have all had issues with their cabinets since they were new and all three have experienced poor communication from Quinte Design and terrible service. This includes a neighbor who has had to have the floor replaced four times, a kitchen island that moved out from the wall over an inch and cabinet paint simply chipping off which Quinte Design tried to blame them for.This is an awful company and I suggest staying far away. I have been more than patient with this company but the final straw was after almost 12 months of trying to get them back to fix the cabinet they couldn’t fix the first time they simply did not show up to the scheduled appointment (and did not so much as even call to let me know why they missed it). You have been warned!

Poor customer service. Had cabinets installed 4 yrs ago. My. Cupborad door wouldnt close. I called numerous time. Left messages and no response. Then had to resort back to the insurance company to help me get answers.. Well as it was to find out my warranty is expired. All they had to do was call back. Will not be using them in the future.

Stand out design and quality! I cant say enough about Ryan, Jocelyn, and the team...They really did a great job. When I was faced with the unfortunate situation of much of my home needing replair after a fire Quine Design came in and handled not only my Kitchen and Bathroom plans(which were designed to perfection, but everyones partial) they also installed all of the flooring and trim. I wanted fresh contemporary choices mixed with a comfortable natural pallatte and thats exactly what I got! Prices were in line with the rest of the others I shopped around to and when I had an adjustment I needed the service person came the next day. I highly recommend them to my friends, family and Clients!
