We have worked with McCallum & Sather on several projects. Beyond being class A architects this company has a vision for the city of Hamilton and its clients. They are pioneers in developing areas of this city into magnificent spaces. All the glory the buildings history had will still be present in the clever architectural and restoration process they oversee.Hamilton has a lot to be thankful for and this company has been on the forefront of its revitalization.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with one of the designers at McCallum Sather. Although she was initially very responsive, the design work I needed in my home was too small to sustain the attention of the firm. I was charged $6k for a PDF of 6 pages that had some inspiration pictures and some drawings that never incorporated any changes or final comments. I did not hear anything from them in months, and then when they reached out to say they were closing the file because they could not find a contractor to work on it, they did nothing to respond to my concerns.

We are currently working on our third project with macCalumSather for architecture, mechanianical and interior design.We are a smaller, local company and we have been impressed with their professionalism towards our project as if it were a large one. Their attention to detail and hard working ethics is an amazing combination that gets things done right the first time. I have no problem in highly recommending them.
