You call and tell them changed information, and they dont update it. Then a month later you wonder why your check is going down $300. It took me to move downstate for the Saco office to finally help me update ALL the information PI failed to update!! They make it clear that you HAVE to call and report any changes, but the office doesn't even change it. Not to mention my multiple times trying to change my address, again Saco office finally updating that information years after.
