Eddie's is a great place to find everything you need for a retail store. The staff are really helpful. They have some great pieces in the store and in their catalog. When we renovated a store recently we bought some big pieces and they have held up well. Today I had an issue with a pricing gun bought a year ago, they tried to fix it, and when they couldn't they replaced it on the spot as they said it had a 2 yr warranty. Most places wouldn't do something like that, I really like this store. Great service, would highly recommend them.

I was amazed by how big the store was and by all the stock it carried.. we are lucky to be one of only 3 locations across Canada!So I made a phone call and asked about a certain manikin that I was looking for and the lady was very nice guiding me through their website showing me the options..I had made so many personal arrangements to make it on time before they close to be able to pick it up after confirming they had it!It was only a misunderstanding though that probably it had different code # for the colour But what I was happy about was thevaluing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude that was provided to me by Klaire who gave me outstanding positive service and didn’t let me leave without a solution mI will always talk about that because he actually saved me a lot of stress being able to help me accommodate my stock needs on a timely manner even that they stayed after closing hours!!!Very highly recommend because of Thai unforgettable service other than almost they carry everything needed for a business!!And I wanted to say a special thanks to the young gentleman Mathew who was on his very first day and Rocking it with his friendly smily face and patience to deal with my situation and also learn so many new thingsWell doneRanya

I try to support local businesses but this place rarely has anything in stock. I’m not sure what the point of having an empty retail space is. Also, staff seem disinterested in assisting. No information as to when items I was shopping for might be available. All I needed was poly mailers and bags, I’m not looking for obscure items. I’ve been disappointed by lack of stock too many times, no point returning.

Love the store, however when you live 5 hours away and work full time you can never visit the store to shop because they are closed on weekends.. big mistake. And to order online is absolutely ridiculous prices.. over $30 for shipping alone? That's crazy. Very unfortunate and poor decisions on the business' part. Would love to shop more but I am unable to do so.

** EDIT: The manager went out of his way to get most of the items I had ordered delivered to me, which is hugely appreciated!! Thank you so much!!**This place is horribly organized. I came into the store and what I needed wasn’t in stock, but I was told I could place an order and the items would arrive by mid May. I just called the store and my order was never even placed, and now I am told it will take months to get the items I need.

A monopoly, basically the only place in Canada to buy retail displays. Not open on the weekends.They have a good selection considering you can’t buy most of this stuff anywhere else….. but if you have a small order(under $100) don’t expect any level of customer service unless you live in the city where you can go shop. And the shop stock is VERY limited compared to online catalogue.I tried to place an order online to pick up in the store, they called me sounding exasperated, saying “do you know how long it will take to get these in store?”, as if I should know that? And basically they can’t actually get the items in store from their online catalogue…. They ended up refunding my credit card without telling me why…. I guess they can’t fulfill the order? So weird…These days I’m loving Aliexpress and most items from this site ship for free. Great for small retail pieces and acrylic raisers and tags and bags!

Once again Eddies is there to set us up with all we need for a 2000 sq/ft expansion. Counters , racking , displays and all the small stuff we keep overlooking. thanks to the whole crew. Couldn't get it done without you!!!!

Used to be ok. Now just poor. Walked around for half an hour. Stores empty of stock. Very little help offered until i searched it out. Filled a basket to find out its all been “sold” so I wasted 30 minutes shopping for sold inventory? Not the first time either, probably will be my last time shopping here though. Save the trouble and order from somewhere online. Editing to add, a very quick Amazon search yields the products I want. Covid really isn’t going to be an excuse for very much longer for supply issues, not if there are other companies willing to deliver.

Little bit of a hiccup on my first order, but they've made everything right. Replaced missing hardware & found stock on items.Highly recommend dealing with Jenny if you're having any issues.
