Good people, helpful and effective. Told them I'd like to compare insurance costs as my monthly premiums felt too high. They got various offers in short order. Now have same coverage at lower price

Can't get a hold of anyone here. They made mistakes on my home insurance documents and then only reach out when they want to renew a policy.I asked if they could shop around for better rates before they renew my car insurance and I never heard back. I was worried I wasn't insured until I finally got through to someone and they told me my policy was renewed for another year ... Withoht my consent. Brokers are supposed to make things easier for you but they've turned insurance intoa. Nightmare.

I have contacted this company EIGHT times with questions about my policy and have yet to receive a call back. Let me correct that...a sales person called me trying to sell me a policy that I already had.

I have been looking for new insurance and it wasn't until broker leigh anne at hub international took care of me as if I was her client for years . I would highly recommend her as your broker and this company for all you insurance needs. I felt comfortable and any questions I had they were thoroughly answered. Literally impossible to get ahold of anyone there.Took MANY days (I believe it was actually more than two weeks) to reach the agent we have been dealing with, not to mention messages left at the office in an attempt to reach someone else upon our emails going unanswered.We are ready to walk away and find a new broker for home and auto. Find somewhere that is actually accessible and effective or you’ll be in limbo with HUB down to the absolute last second.
