Personally I think this is the best bike shop in town. Prices are awesome, everyone knows what they're talking about, everyone is insanely friendly and helpful as well! I highly recommend going here for all of your bike needs. 10/10

Instead of sizing me properly for a bike they sold me the wrong size because they were to lazy to get a medium out for me to test. Dont go here. They will tell you whatever just to make a sale.

I walked in to buy a skateboard deck, knee pads and trucks. I spent a few minutes looking at the decks and decided on the Andy Anderson deck and then went looking for knee pads, no one approached me but since the store is small I found them. During this time there was a pow wow going on in the middle of the store with employees and customers/friends so of course no time to greet customers or offer help. I picked out my pads and went to the register to wait for someone that works there to do their job and take my money. After a few minutes a lady and customer walk up and disregard I'm standing there waiting to make a purchase and proceed to slowly ring in one item while having a full conversation catching up on what's going on with the customers life. After taking 10 minutes to ring one item up she turns to me and asks did you need something in the case? I said no just waiting to buy something. She said nothing and went back to her conversation ignoring me. I stood their in disbelief but I said to myself she only has to process the payment what's another minute or two, heck it's been 20 mins already right. After another 5 mins she stops the transaction to write down her phone number for the customer's wife. At this point I gave up and left, I'm currently driving to London to buy trucks and knee pads and ordering the deck online. It's so disappointing because a while back I came in and one of the older gents helped me pick a board to get back into skating. I left feeling great and wanting to continue to buy my products there until today, now I would rather drive to the chatham skate shop or at the very least make the drive to Zumies which says a lot. I would recommend Familysk8 in Chatham as they are the best shop in our area or in a pinch Zumies in London because at least they will greet you and try to sell you things.

Great, quick service on a flat tire for my aunts bike. When we were 2$ short one of the employees covered the rest. Epitome of quality service and putting the customer first and they remember your name. No better place in Sarnia for all your bicycle needs!

Scott and his staff have always been responsive and informative when I visited the store. Probably best equipped to help the new and serious biker/buyers alike. They continue to reach out to the community to promote biking friendly environment. Just all round enthusiasm for biking needs.

I've been going to this bike shop for more than a decade now, every time I go there the owner recognizes me even after all these years. Great and timely service!

First time going in this store looking to get some new bikes for my wife and I and all i can say is WOW. Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They could write a book on costumer service here. Ended up buying two Kona bikes. Overall my wife and I were very happy with the entire experience and will be returning here for all our bicycle needs!

A shout out to Scott and his team. Brought my 20 year old bike in for some work. They were busy and stated likely would take 2-3 weeks. But I got a call in 4 days to pick it up. It runs like new. I have bought 6 bikes from them over 20 years. They have always provided excellent service and product. Happy to support such a great local company.

Brought my bike in for a tune up and was told it would be 2 weeks. I was informed of the current situation and how they only have one mechanic at the moment. I was totally fine with that.Went in to check on things after waiting over 2 weeks. Not only had my bike still not been serviced, but it was hung up in storage. The tag with all my contact info and service information had been removed. So they didn't know what needed to be fixed and had no way to contact me.Had I not gone in, it would've continued sitting there without a call back.I am an understanding and incredibly patient person, but this is just plain irritating.
