Gustafson’s Kia North

The staff was great!We (two young women) were greeted immediately, and treated with nothing but respect the whole time. The saleswoman wasn't pushy at all, and was very friendly and informative. The building was clean and in decent shape.We got some tires put on and were going to have to wait a few hours. They send us to do our errands in a loaner car and called us 45 minutes later saying they had bumped us up because we had to drive a few hours to get home. The customer service was fantastic!The finance person was a bit pushy about the warranty, but we think it's because he genuinely believes in it which is fair.We got what we were hoping to get on our trade in and ended up leaving very pleased!

Angela helped my s/o and I buy our very first brand new car. She was so fun, honest, and friendly. It’s not often you walk into a dealership and are met with transparency. We chose financing and William was very informative and answered all of our questions. There was another gentleman with glasses and nice arm tattoos that assisted us as well, though I didn’t catch his name. Everyone we talked to was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’m so happy we chose to go to Kia!

Jewel knew the moment we walked in the door what we needed and what we wanted and went over the top to get us a car that suits our needs as a family. It's a month later and we still love our Seltos.

Initial person we talked to was good at his job and was straight with what we went in for. Behind the scenes however.... Had a personalized keychain that was custom made broken by the tech, with out even apologizing and after changing fluids didn't tighten things up. We drove about 10 KMs after getting the car back and realized after we parked oil pouring out of the motor, looked back from where we had driven to realize that oil was in a line behind the car.This all happened at 4:30 Friday evening so of course we are stuck in town, (we are from a town 7 hours away from the dealership),Rookie mistakes that cost us money out of pocket to stay in town and could have ruined the motor of our brand new vehicle.NOT IMPRESSED

Remind me never to get a Kia, least of all from Gustafson. One of the bearings went on my father's sedan after less than 70K, they could only book him in for warranty repair a month later, when he dropped his car off to be serviced the next day his window was smashed in, along with several other cars (great part of town, this dealership). Sorry, we're not responsible. They ordered the wrong part, twice, and then when they assure him it will be fixed, part being hot-shotted, etc, etc and he drives 2 hours from home and spends the day twiddling his thumbs they fob him off at 3pm with another excuse of why the part didn't arrive, so sorry. The poor construction of the car is one thing, the incompetance and indifference of the service department is another.

Thanks so much to the team at Gustafson's Kia for getting my son into his first new car. Jewel in sales, Will in Finance and Brendan in Management. They went above and beyond to make this happen, and even came in on their day off so he could pick up the car! 5 ⭐rating! The 4th vehicle our family has purchased here

Brandon did my experience really hard, first to have a quote for another key he made me go outside in the winter for the VIN, I would think the YMM would be enough but not. On my appointment date, he gave me a waiting time of 30 min, so I stayed there in the lounge, and after 45 min I went to the counter to realize he had given priority to a Caucasian woman who had arrived after me and they were just going to start my service. I left my car there because I had to go somewhere else and then I received a call telling me that they had cut the key in the wrong way so I would have to wait for some more weeks, no way! I'm better going somewhere else. Awful service and experience

We couldn’t be more impressed with Gustafson’s Kia North! They went above and beyond for us when we were getting our car repaired. They were always communicative about where the part was when waiting for it and provided excellent customer service. So happy to have our car back and it works great! Would definitely recommend.

I brought my car into Kia and Lucas was the mechanic. He was so polite and was able to explain clearly to me what was wrong with my car. He made the experience very pleasant and welcoming. I will be coming here again.

Tried to buy a car from these folks. Had no reply after talking to a salesperson. Absolutely no email or phone call back. Spoke with the sales manager in Williams lake. She was amazing to deal with but I'd already purchased through kelowna. I have no doubt if I'd gone through Williams lake this would be a 5 star review
