Large gyms can be intimidating for some people. One on one training with Ross is the way to go. He is encouraging, motivating and has a calm, positive energy. The gym is spotless and has incredible equipment. It is so helpful to be guided through my workouts to avoid injury. Highly recommend!

In less than 2 months I have lost over 3 inches and over 6lbs. Ross made this happen for me! He puts together a great workout each time I see him. Makes recommendations for meal planning. I now have a new lifestyle and I am excited about the continuing body transformation.
