Hosted an excellent open house featuring Yoder Smokers. Couldn't believe the overwhelming selection of sauces, spices & rubs. Would love to own a Yoder, but they are a bit above my pay grade. Smoke on.

Purchased a hot tub it was damaged on delivery it has leaked since we got it and the outside of the panels are cracked in 2 places. They keep telling me they will pick up and repair but its now been 6 months. Go elsewhere to purchase a hot tub the service is beyond poor.

Stopped by last week to book hot tub winterizing. Technician took my contact info and tub details, couldn't provide a quote right away, told me will phone me back in the afternoon. Never phoned back. Oh well...

We had a pool leak and Brodie is now the man!!!! He really helped us out. He found the leak and we were able to fix it to extend our season. Brodie has also been to our place to help with our hot tub! He is professional, patient and knows his stuff. I was pretty stressed out and he walked me through the process step by step. Paradise is lucky to have this guy.I keep coming back to Paradise bc of Caitlyn and Krysta. They are so helpful over the phone and in the retail shop. These girls are really there to help people and get people happy with their pools and hot tubs. Caitlyn is a pool wizard.Thanks to the team at Paradise. You have some great people working there!

They have a great selection of higher quality patio furniture. The prices are more than what you would expect at a low end store but still well priced compared to other high end retailers. The options available as well as the attentive customer service made shopping there a pleasure.

Very happy with Conrad at the retail store who helped us with the hot tub sale. And Very impressed with the gentleman who did the delivery. Super friendly, punctual and professional. He made sure everything was set up right before he left and came back the following day to check. That’s great customer service!! Thank you!!
