Reached out to them atleast 3 times regarding a will creation and they never contacted me back. First time I left 2 voice messages, followed up by calling them to which the person said they will send a form and they never did. Then decided to give them a benefit of doubt by calling them again, this time a different person picked up having no record of us calling and said they will send the form. Still no form as of date. We decided to go with a different law firm that actually called me back on the same day. Mr. Hashmi may be a good lawyer but his staff needs proper and thorough training regarding taking on potential new clients.
