Hi. The service isn't bad. But when you try to take a car on credit you immediately get a charger that you pay for on the spot and take a non-refundable deposit of $250 where other car dealerships don't have that. And besides I want to return the charger to what I was told in the cabin is only through the site and you have to come to you courier. Courier and was not and has been a week and managers who previously responded now ignore and do not respond. Because of this I will not recommend this salon. Thank you and have a nice day.

Just had my car serviced and had a good sized list of items to get done, as I don’t have any service near me in prince george, bc. Staff were great and they got my car done asap and I received a loaner. One little issue popped up just before traveling home and they sent the mobile ranger within minutes to rectify. Amazing service, thank you

Very less staff. The staff don’t walk up to you and ask what are we looking for. But when I asked for a test drive, they arranged for one and was a great experience with the model X. They could have more staff and more approachable staffs.

It was a nice experience, the staff is wonderful and really assist you by all means, we were able to get answers to all our questions. Also, we were looking to test drive the model Y and were able to get one as planned. You also have a key drop box, which is so convenient.

Took my vehicle to Tesla Edmonton due to failure of the heat pump. From the second I walked into the service center, I was greeted with a smile. I had a great experience with the service team at Tesla Edmonton. Francine took me in and got everything set up for me within a few minutes, including a loaner vehicle for me to take home. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The service team was very quick at diagnosing the issue and replacing the parts required. Within a few hours my vehicle was ready. Francine was also very patient while I asked a few additional questions. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I was served by Romar and he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product! He updated me through texts about the price changes in the US for Model Y and was throughly professional in his conduct! This is how car sales should be… non pushy, without mind games. I might not be able to convince my family to switch to EV but I am absolutely blown away by the courteous service these guys offer!

Took delivery of our new model Y today. It's a demo car however we still went through the inspection as if it were a new car. It qualifies for the federal rebate so it makes sense to treat it as such. However when we pointed out that the windshield was slightly misaligned, the so-called advisor told us that there is nothing he can do as this is a demo car. Is it a Tesla standard to sell demo cars that are crooked? Tried to test everything out to make sure things are working and then was told that this is a demo car so everything is working. What kind of logic is that? When you are paying over $70k on a car, I common sense to make sure they work when the advisors are so unreliable. Don't go near this Tesla in Edmonton. These are the people that would smudge the names of other professionals within the same field of work. I'd recommend the Calgary shop as they have helped out in our purchase, no pushy, answering all questions, etc. Now we have to drive the car back to Calgary hoping that it is all working....

We had some amazing test drive experiences here. And Romar helps us a lot on finding out the car we want. We finally get a model 3. There were some other things happened during the application. Romar was always glad to help and give us many suggestions we need. Stunning service and great experience!

They are a total scam job. Taking advantage of some one who is not able to pay for a top of the line Tesla. Stay away from these unscrupulous people. They do not deserve your business.

Took delivery of my model Y on Friday afternoon. Headed back to GP same day. Got up the next day and noticed the rim had curb rash. I contacted Tesla Edmonton and I was told the car was perfect when I left. The manager called me the next day and told me the same thing. They were happy to replace it for $1000. The manager then told me it could have been from gravel or pot holes. He’s obviously not familiar with cars. Pot holes will bend or crack a rim. Not leave a 5” long rash. He also told me “80% of the cars that come in to the dealer have rim issues” mine did not though. Here’s the takeaway. My sales guy was more interested in the paperwork than anything. He pointed to the car and said “that’s yours”. That’s as much as I got. He did screw the plate on it. THANKS! He did not go over anything. He did not suggest I look over the car and did not even tell me how to get moving. Just put the plate on and walked away. Totally my fault for trusting a new $90k vehicle would be in “new” condition. Lesson learned I suppose. I attached a picture of the supposed gravel/pothole damage. Disappointing to say the least.
