Sweet Symphony Bakery

I got my order just in time for Valentine's Day! I ordered cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries. Everything tasted really good and the presentation was perfect. I also encourage everyone to support local businesses so I'm recommending this bakery to everyone!!

As amazing as the presentation is known to be, sweet symphony offers unmitigated pleasures to the tongue. Sweet Symphony has a subtle but, “out of this world” flavour that exceeds any reasonable expectations originating from its exquisite design & decor. Culture, creativity & condescending taste come together in their sweets and treats, 5 stars.

Above and beyond amazing!

Terrible experience. I spent over $200 and all the items ordered were damaged. I ordered cupcakes and decoration on the cupcakes were broken off on all of them. The cake pops were melted when I received them. The decorations on the Rice Krispies fell off. I passed along the feedback to the owner and she said they must have been damaged in transit. Will not use this bakery again.

Anna, the owner of Sweet Symphony Bakery donated cupcakes and cookies of different flavours to a hospital downtown for Nursing Week this year. She even took the time to deliver them (coming from Ajax). Her cupcakes and cookies were nothing short of delicious. I had the Nutella cupcake and it was probably one of the best cupcakes I have had!! I also had one of her rainbow cookies which reminded me of the rainbow chips ahoy cookies except yummier since it’s freshly baked! I would highly recommend!

Ms. Anna, Put the “S” Superior Customer Service. We are dealing with the untimely passing of our mom.Ms. Anna was very compassionate & worked with us through this difficult time.We presented an unrealistic deadline for the cake to be done with an edible photo and in the midst of a Rogers server shutdown. Ms. Anna remained very professional and still delivered.All this extraordinary customer service transpired before even receiving the cake.Once we received the cake my wife cried because we both can feel and see the cake was made with a heart.The cake tasted unforgettable…it was by far made with TLC.I will continuing to support Sweet Symphony Bakery and Ms. Anna.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries while during their Valentine’s week sale and they were so delicious! Packaging is beautiful, reasonable pricing and the owner is really kind.

Ordered cake and cupcakes for an event and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. They made my dreams a reality and it was exactly what I had envisioned. I added the cupcakes pretty last minute, but Sweet Symphony was a dream to work with and were super nice and accommodating. All the guests loved the desserts. If needed, I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for everything!
