allow yourself time to sit on the yellow bench and take in this fabulous setting. Heidi is an excellent guide and so kind to have spent extra time with me as I had arrived late.

We went during their closed hours, would love to come back and get a tour. But even the walking path was a lovely experience.

The Kiyooka Ohe Arts Center has heart and soul and it comes from the two iconic founders. Katie Ohe and Harry Kiyooka are Calgary Arts royalty who have taught, mentored, curated, wrote, painted and sculpted Calgary’s contemporary art scene. Meeting them is an honour and a memory to be treasured.

I’m sure this place is fantastic for artists but as an art appreciator the sculptures need more info with the art work. Artist name and what it’s called?I wasn’t sure if the path led to another field with sculptures or if the path was a nature walk. With better info this place could be fantastic

Beautiful outdoor environment to enjoy a diverse range of sculpture...a must see in the area!

Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre
Beautiful outdoor sculpture park nestled on a 20 acre nature reserve. Highly recommend taking a guided tour ($25 per person) to get a great history on the founders painter Harry Kiyooka and sculptor Katie Ohe of the park but also on each of the beautiful sculptures. Open to the public for walking.
