Shaun is an excellent worker whose knowledge about plumbing and gas fitting allows him to provide quality work with attention to detail on each job he completes. Shaun was highly recommended to me by my sister, and I also had an excellent experience. He is clearly knowledgeable, and quickly responded to all inquiries. After calling many places, he was the only person I could find who would install a privately purchased water heater. Very professional and friendly. I will be calling him for any future gas and plumbing work.

Shaun came in this morning to replace my main water shut-off valve. He showed up early, coordinated with the city for the external shut-off and did a very thorough job replacing that valve. I would highly recommend Shaun and I plan on calling him back in for future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Shaun/Royal City Plumbing. He is very personable and friendly- and takes the time to talk to you and explain the problem (if you are interested). He is a prompt, professional, quick, and efficient worker- is careful in your house while working and leaves his work area clean when finished. He is reliable and always gets back to you when you call. I have been really happy with his work and am so pleased that I found him.

I called and left a msg. With in a few hours Shaun got back to me. He seen that his week was full so he came right then. I think he was on his way home. Was totally professional and personable. He found the leak right away and explained what the problem was while showing me. Got it fixed up right away. This was a small job for him. He could have found" other issues but this man is honest!! Super nice guy but also great and efficient at his job. He will be my first call for any plumbing work I need doing in the future"

Shaun came out and replaced our water heater on the same day we talked. He worked quickly, was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. His fees were fair. I would definitely call him again and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a plumbing issue in basement apartment. Shaun responded to my message immediately. Very happy with his work. He repaired the issue and left the area spotless. His pricing was very fair. He really knows what he is doing, and he's a nice guy as well... I have found a new plumber!

After some phone and email tag because of vacation overlap, we connected and Shaun arrived right on time. He was efficient and didn’t try and do any more than the plumbing job required-e.g. he just replaced the cut off valve cartridge instead of the whole tap, which I had assumed was needed. He diagnosed a bathroom shower issue very differently than a previous plumber had done and so was able to fix it with much less hassle and expense than I had feared. And he was kind enough to actually explain things! We will be using him again for future plumbing needs.

Shaun was incredibly awesome to work with. He returned my call quickly with a reasonable estimate to run gas lines from the meter for a grill and fire pit. Next he was flexible with scheduling, then when the day arrived I hadn't clearly explained the length needed. Glad I was working with Shaun, he didn't miss a beat and got me up and running with beautiful work, even painting the hard lines to match so it looks factory fresh and also ensuring my water tank was firing up. These are things I'm used to having to take care of myself. Many thanks to Shaun and I'm so happy to have found a go-to for plumbing needs!

Shaun has been my go to plumber for many years. He is always professional and his work is excellent. Lately he moved a pedestal sink and toilet downstairs to my new powder room and installed new sink, cabinet and toilet where these used to be. When he realized I had bought the wrong size faucet he let me know and waited while I went and bought a replacement. I feel like Shaun always goes above and beyond for me and his fees are affordable. He installed my current dishwasher and water softener and my gas stove and gas outlet for the BBQ. Never a problem when I call Shaun!
