Halls Service Centre was exceptionally helpful and kind, staying by my side through an exhausting ordeal at Baytowne Hyundai. The dealership tried to get me to pay for a 6000$ new transmission after completing a TSB update that caused my car to not shift into gear. Brandon assured me that this did not make sense and that a new transmission would not fix the problem. I brought my car back to Halls and he was able to fix the issue which did not result in the replacement of a new transmission. Halls customer service went above and beyond what one would expect and certainly far beyond that of Hyundai . If anyone needs a trustworthy mechanic, Halls Service Centre is your place.

Great service, reasonable prices, and great work

Brandon and his team are great - we won’t ever go anywhere else. We were told at a local dealership that we needed new rotors and other stuff. Would have cost $1800 including the safety. When we reached out to Brandon, he quoted half that. When the car was brought in, he told us the rotors didn’t need replacement at all at this time, and we ended up only needing the safety. So impressed with his honesty and integrity. Thanks Brandon!

Fantastic little garage. Dropped my car off at closing time on a Wednesday and it was diagnosed and fixed by 10:30 Thursday morning. Very reasonable rates. Extremely satisfied and I'll definitely be back.
