I've ordered from Plantsome several times, never had any issues, the plants were always healthy and strong. My last order, unfortunately something happened when it shipped. When the plants got to me most were dead. I sent photos and their response was amazing. They refunded me my entire order and apologized. Highly recommend. Great service.

I ordered 9 plants, they arrived stacked on top of one another so there was a multitude of leaf damage, plus most of them were severely overwatered and a good number of the leaves had fallen off, or fell off shortly after. About 5 of them arrived with completely dead stems (dried and clearly that way before even being packed) and others that were dying due to root rot, or the new growth was dying due to overwatering. I contacted within an hour of unpacking them, WITH PHOTOS and it took them several days to reply, and several more days in between replies. They did offer for me to send them back and once received would refund me… by the time they made that offer I had already done what I could to save what was left of them so about half of the original 9 (3 full with severe leaf damage and 2 single rooted sections) plants were even existing anymore to send back… and upon receipt I’d have been lucky to be refunded.Clearly they are more interested in taking people’s money than properly caring for their plants, or their customers.

I stumbled on the website after deciding I wanted to make my home office into a garden". It took approximatley 5 days to ship and then made it to Ontario from B.C. in 2 days. The packaging was cute as well as functional

In the past months, I have ordered from a different place that brags about how great their packaging is, and it was a disaster! Their plants, although packaged very well, were very small for the price. The Hoya I bought from them looked like it had been ripped from the mother plant and shoved into a pot right before being shipped to me. It was in such poor condition I doubt I can save what is left of it. That is the opposite of the experience I’ve had with Plantsome. Plantsome delivered healthy and fresh looking plants. Very well packaged. The size and quality were better than expected. I think Plantsome is fair and honest. Customer service is also excellent. The person I communicated with was welcoming, polite and super friendly. They are at the top of my list for reordering! I recommend buying from them.Update. I have ordered a second time. All was perfect again, quick delivery, beautiful plants, great packaging. The only thing is, the Monstera’s leaves did not like the trip too much! I do not blame Plantsome. The plant travelled across the country ( Alberta to Quebec), it has big leaves and I bought a large plant. So, many of the leaves were folded or creased, I would say. So based on this experience, I would personally avoid buying that type of plant online, in that size, in the future. Live and learn! I hope it will get better and thrive, because it’s a beautiful plant.

Update: customer service got back to me and issued a refund for the damaged plants. I appreciate their prompt and friendly response.First time ordering from them and was definitely not happy. The plants I received were not in great shape and there was mold on some of them. I reached out to customer service and hopefully they can fix this issue. I’ve ordered plants online numerous times and this is the first time I’ve ever had this experience. Pretty disappointed since I read some good reviews about the company.

My children ordered a Peace Palm Lily from Plantsome to be delivered to me in my high-rise condo. The plant was very lovingly packaged within an appropriately sized and very sturdy cardboard carton, with scrunched, brown paper placed around it and glued in place so as to cradle it. Shipment was via FedEx.I was touched by the cardboard instruction card enclosed, which introduced me to my new, green 'friend'. My children are very pleased with the company and I am just thrilled with 'Lily'. Order from this company with complete confidence - they obviously love what they do and love their plants.

I'm SO happy with my order! I live in the middle of nowhere in Northern AB and looked far and wide for a local citrus tree, with no luck. Then I found Plantsome after some googling and preordered a Calamondin orange (四季橘)! It arrived faster than I was expecting and was in perfect condition. It was even more leafy and lush than I had envisioned! And of course I got a baby polka dot hypoestes with it, because how could I resist?Thank you SO much for helping this small town girl indulge in her plant obsession! >:)

My jade plant is perfect! It arrived safely all tucked up in bubble wrap with a heating pad inside the box to keep it warm while it travelled across our frigid country. Pantsome's customer service is excellent and judging from my plant I can also say the same about the quality of their products. I will certainly use them often and can say they truly deserve my 5⭐ rating!

Ordered a bunch of plants from this website. When the shipment arrived multiple plants were stacked on top of each other in a small box which caused leaf damage to a few plants. I sent a message to the customer support explaining this + asking a few questions (one of them being the monstera adansonii I received had damaged, yellowing leaves and was in rough shape). After days waiting for a reply they ignored my message about the adansonii and responded to the rest. Fast forward a few days and I realized the yellowing leaves on my adansonii was due to thrips which I happened to notice crawling on the leaves. (All of the plantsome plants were quarantined so it was from one of them for sure.) Thankfully my collection is safe for now as I did quarantine. I sent a message to support regarding the thrips with no reply as of yet. This website seems very hit or miss and if you're looking for quality support I would buy elsewhere.EDIT: Finally got a hold of them and received a prompt response addressing my issues. It says you can reach them via instagram but I would advise on e-mailing them instead if you want a reply.

shipped my plants via Canada Post! I never received a notification they were there. They stayed in a post office overnight. The plants did NOT look good when finally picked up. Shipping was $30!! One of the plants has brown spot already. Very dissapointed!
