I bought a property with the help of kelly huang in this agency last year. it turns out to be a nightmare.this agency is so unprofessional and unreliable,. they did nothing but to help me. To finish the deal asap, she even lied to us many times.Never ever do business with this agency!!!!The agency said it has tried to address the situation directly. This is a big lie. Except a 5 minues face to face unpleasant talked after things happened, this agency did nothing later. Even in the short unpleasant talk, all the organization has tried to do was to defend its broker even though she made serious mistakes.So:If you don't mind to find a broker who will help you buy a property with an undisclosed pending lawsuit, do business with them.If you don't mind to find a broker who doesn't know the property you bought was sold with or without legal warranty, do business with them.If you don't mind to find a broker who even forgets to sent you a document that shows a serious issues in the property, do business with them.If you can trust an organization whose manager believes it is not important to a broker who doesn't know whether the property is sold with or without legal warranty, do business with them.

Horrible service with David Baruch Haziza promise will do offer then day after refuses to do offer be careful he is a liar he does not do what he says or writes that he will due.He should not have a real estate license because he is a big liar and waste of time I highly recommend you take another real estate agent that is honest and will do what they say or write that they will do .
