Went there with some friends on Monday right before noon, the lady helping us seemed nice in the beginning, we left and went to a fitness class and came back.We decided to all get hand lotions (3 of them) but pay under 1 transaction, when we asked for 1 extra bag the lady was all weird and said they only had 1 bag left (the fabric one- which I find hard to believe as the day just started and I had a friend buy something there afterwards lol) and they had to give us this paper lunch bag instead.She put in some samples but only for 1 person and when my friend suggested I tell her what my skin type was since it wasn’t the same as hers (which I did) the sales associate just stared and didn’t bother giving me any samples or asking the third person we were with what their skin type was or if we wanted any samples.I’ve gone to other locations and they always would give me samples regardless if I bought something or not and would literally be trying to give me enough to do a whole weekly regimen. Thought the ordeal was weird and unprofessional for the price point and branding they are trying to portray

I had purchased a product at this store a while back, and I genuinely had such an incredible experience - the vibe of the store is immaculate and the staff so patient and helpful.Now, I would like to give a shout-out to Jordan who was so courteous, efficient, and caring when I had a small issue with an Aesop product - I would definitely shop here again. Kudos to you all!

I just had one of the most amazing retail experiences I've ever had at this location with Jordan. She is super knowledgeable and has such a calm demeanor, I literally felt like I left the spa leaving the store. She was super patient, answering all of my questions and I will definitely be back. Superior product, amazing staff, highly recommend!

Staffs in this shop are helpful and attentive. The service is outstanding and I don’t feel pressured to buy any product, yet they genuinely introduced their skin care with patience. One of the lotions I bought didn’t sit with my skin, took it back and they refunded it without any questions.

This is an odd experience store. It’s so sparse and hard to read labels. I was looking for a specific product and the person who assisted me was very pleasant and professional but the store has a cold, antiseptic feel. I’d expected it to be more welcoming in ambience based on the product. It doesn’t feel comfortable to browse in. Product is great. Store and presentation, not so much
