C-Era Property Management is the worst company I have ever dealt with.We own our townhome now, but we rented the same home previously so we have lived there for 7 years.We have had MAJOR external damage that occurred to our townhome TWO YEARS AGO that has not been dealt with. Worse than that, I haven’t even received an email from anyone even acknowledging the problem in over two months.I have emailed my Associa contact several times, I have submitted requests on TownSq and I finally got so desperate a couple weeks ago that I even emailed the president. I. Heard. Nothing.At this point we are very worried about the state of our home as the winter months approach and not being able to trust the company that we pay fees into every month is stressful and disheartening.I will be doing just about anything to make our home a priority for this “management” company.DO NOT purchase or rent a residence managed by this management company.

I would like to give 0 start, but unfortunately it is not possible. I had some issues and when I contacted the property management, it seems she does not care and just said I could not do anything. As a customer, I just would like to have a solution for my issue.

They charge exorbitant condo management fee only to have outdated visitor parking signage, no vehicle registration unit on site and seem to like lining the pockets of parking authorities, to whom they’ve contracted condo parking enforcement. Employees have condescending attitude when asked to help dispute tickets that were issued purely because of lack of amenities, clear instructions on site.Please do not park at any of their run condo units, they will try to help parking authorities impose fines to residents. All they care about is money. Zero integrity. Greedy company that wants to recoup parking enforcement costs from the same residents they make their bread and butter off of. Stay away.

Very pleased with the service from C-Era Property Management and in particular Iona Aranha - our community manager. She's always been responsive via email and issues do get fixed. It's important to have a property manager who will work with you to protect your asset and Iona certainly does that. I know how bogged down property management can get with workload and issues so your hard work is appreciated. Keep up the good work and kudos to you and your team!

Nilda at C-Era property management has been diligent to ensure all issues are managed professionally. She manages Glenbrook Meadows and has handled situations quickly and effectively. I appreciate all of her hard work and dedication to the property.

I am a Real Estate Advisor and this company has been a dream to work worth! The condo docs are easy to find online and they get delivered right away, BUT that part is easy. When I need a person to actually speak with! They answer their phones, they return your calls, are pleasant to speak with and very helpful. Their online request for questions or concerns also seems to reach someone right away and they are on top of it! Terri and Violet are great!

I live in a community where they’ve had a number of management companies, C-Era being the newest. I didn’t pay my last years due as I was out of the country for a while. All I had to do was call and explain my situation and Shauna at C-Era took care of it. The communication was prompt and clear. She explained the reason why I got the letter, where the money we paid went, understood that I had a genuine reason and waived any extra fees off. I haven’t seen many people who go above and beyond their job descriptions and perform such acts of kindness.

Horrible company to deal with. Unorganized and won't speak to you unless it's during their business hours. We booked our move out a month in advance and come the day of security couldn't get the lock box open and we couldn't lock out the elevator nor open the secondary set of doors to get out the building. When I called the emergency line, they told me essentially that I was out of luck and were extremely condescending. I was told that it was the weekend and I should have better arranged a move out.

I dealt with Nilda Mendoza, Community Manager, C-ERA when helping my partner get approval for a small patio project. She was very up-to-date on rules & regulations, and provided much needed information. Once we had completed the form supplied, she moved it quickly through the system. It was a pleasure working with her and we commend C-ERA for their quick responses. Thank you.

Fantastic management company. I dealt with Nilda for a long period of time and she is always prompt with her responses. She was extremely helpful in helping with documentation I needed, or if I had questions. Thank you for all your help!
