Quinn went above and beyond in explaining different phones, contract options, warranties and accessories for me to be able to make the best decisions to fit my needs. Red headed lady was super rude. Kept talking over us saying “yeah, yeah yeah”.Was not at all helpful, don’t come to this location.

Went to Andre’s to ask them the best way to return my phone as my plan was coming to and end and I was switching cellphone companies. I was met with criticism of my choice of company and was told the wrong way to return my bring it back phone. Fast forward 2 weeks I did what I was told by Andres of how to return the phone and the person working pretty much told me that I closed my account and I was now left with the 450 dollar balance and to just call Telus ( isn’t andres a telus provider ?) I then called telus and the best they could do was give me a 350 dollar pre paid credit card but the offer was only good for 3 days and the phone has to be shipped to Ontario and examined first. I was lucky enough to sell the phone for cash but I’m still not able to pay the final balance as I’ve lost all access to my telus account. Andres needs to train their staff better in terms of processes, this has spiralled into a huge pain for myself with loss of money

Chris Wolfe was absolutely awesome. He took his time and explained everything to me so I could understand very easily! Being a senior it takes me a bit longer and Chris had the utmost patience. He even took the time to ensure the bluetooth was operating correctly in my vehicle. FIVE Stars for Chris from a very satisfied customer. Thank you, Patsy
