PCB Customs Brokers

Recently, I sold an expensive printing machine to someone in Wisconsin through Ebay. It's full of ink and can't be stored for any length of time or you get nozzle clogs. I decided for the safety of the machine, and with financial support from the buyer, to deliver it personally from Abbotsford within a week. I called PCB because I'd used them with success previously. I shut down the machine and packed it as best I could. PCB sent me the forms to be completed and helped me not miss anything. I had to get commercial info from the buyer for U.S. customs. Plus the V.I.N. & plate no. from the rental van.Predictably, the rental company switched vans on me when I showed up to get it. I quickly took photos of the v.i.n. & plate with my phone and emailed them to PCB. When I showed up at the border not 90 minutes later, my handwritten paper work was wrong, but the officer's screen had the correct information because PCB had updated the file electronically. The next thing I hear is, Have a nice day
