Parkin Construction

Another glowing review for Parkin! Last time, seamless hardwood floor install and bathroom shower/floor tile. This time, beautiful kitchen backsplash install that we are in love with. Tyrel and Stephanie came to the rescue when our lack of vision, time, and attention (purchasing mismatched tile) came into play - at the drop of a hat, they provided inspiration and picked up all materials, alleviating stress and scrambling on our part. An eye for style, excellent communication, ability to work within budget, quick and quality workmanship... we can't speak more highly of Parkin! Looking forward to more projects.

Parkin Construction replaced all of our baseboards and interior doors/trim. The work was quick and overall appearance is fine, but I was disappointed in the quality and attention to detail. Our house is an 80's spec house, and a little extra effort and attention to detail would have gone a long way to hide some of the inconsistencies in the house. Parkin Construction didn't seem to take pride in the finished product so much as show up, get the job done as quickly as possible, and get paid. There were some issues that we pushed on and got the extra attention, but there were many other issues that were left as less than ideal or I fixed myself after the fact.
