Horrible experience !! The cone was half baked and chewy !! The ice cream had lints and the girl at the front desk just put the whole blob of ice cream in cone such that it drips from all the sides and she didn’t make it perfect scoop.I would highly recommend Rocky Point over this.Poor taste as well !!

I was disappointed at this ice cream store. Not only was the ice cream mediocre but the employee's acted like they couldn't care less about their clients. The worst part was that the store didn't have a single recycling can! (but the ice cream came in paper cups)I was appalled at the fact that the store only had plastic spoons even though other local stores (with better ice cream) use wooden spoons. In 2023 the store can't even bother to do the minimal for the earth, yet they have all this signage promoting their earth friendly" dairy products. This is horrible

This store rarely ever has the flavours that they list online. Canceled my orders 3 times out of the 4 times i ordered.Always had really great experience at Marble Slab elsewhere but this location

Clean and light floor. Dinning area with few tables and chairs provided. Waiting area with bench provided. Music provided. Serve speed is slow. Price is high. Credit cards accepted. Employee is basically nice and friendly. Ice cream tasted ok. Free parking lot available.

They are stingy . They weigh the portions and give u minimal amounts of toppings for a ridiculous price. Was not too happy recently when I went there. Will be the last time ever. I could get better amounts of ice cream at Rocky Point ice cream. Way more generous at a better price. Never again .

Very weird ice cream.Gooey in texture, heavy food colouring, kids got upset stomach that day they had it and had a hard time next day sitting in washroom. Leftover in the garbage didn’t turn foul as normal dairy product does the next day and still smell sweet made me wonder what material used to make it. I would rate it 0 if the option is available. Will never go again

I am posting the review at 9:50. When we reached here at 9 47pmThe open sign was on, and I have video proof of that. Two people were already working inside , but they refused to serve us and 2 other customers and turned off the open sign. Never trust or come to this location. It's not worth your time and money.

One of the few ice cream parlors where you can have over 20 flavours and many add-ons such as garham crackers, oreo pieces, smarties, and more!Prices are a little high, but the ice cream was well worth it. Definitely some gourmet level sweets.However, there's really no place comfortable to seat as it's just table-less 90's diner style benches and a chair-less table.Definitely grab n go.Very quick and decently clean.5/5 Food3/5 Seating4/5 Price
