Capital Windows and Snow

After cancelling our gutter cleaning in November we were rebooked for May. We have just been cancelled for a second time. I have tried to phone and email and have gotten no response. We used them for years but will no longer. I recommend you try someone else.

We’ve had Capital Windows and Snow clean our windows annually for the past 4 years. They are amazing! Their crews do a thorough job and are always friendly and professional. And this year was no exception...in fact it might have been the best crew yet. Kylie and Kiley showed up on time, and ready to work. They were friendly and conscientious! I couldn’t recommend this company more. Keep up the good work! See you next year.

Have used Capital Windows a couple of times now. Excellent service on interior and exterior windows each time. Highly recommend.

Please read resolution at the end.1. Sprayed and brushed windows not scrubbed and squeegeed. Water spots on every window. Do not look clean.2. Left our gate wide open even though there is a sign on the gate instructing them to close it as we have dogs. Pure luck our dogs didn’t escape.3. Our appointment time was changed from mid April to Early May, then moved again to late June and only after I complained was it move back to early May.Been a faithful user of this company for close to 10 yrs.____________After expressing my concerns to the company, the window were cleaned again. This time with wiping and a squeegee. This time they are very clean. The company also gave us a discount for the original unsatisfactory work.I am impressed with the response to concerns and remediation of the same.

Signed up for snow clearing in winter 2021. Let them know I was disabled. Lovely sign up process and seemed like nice person on phone. But they never showed. When I reached out they just said they were unexpectedly busy, in Edmonton in the winter with the snow. Okay, gave them more chances and they just NEVER showed up. I had to cancel with them and get my money back.

They were thorough and efficient and did a good job of cleaning up the debris from the gutters. They kept in contact with necessary delays due to weather.

They rescheduled my appointment because they said they were waiting for equipment. I expected some high-tech machine, but when they finally came all they had was a ladder and a leaf blower. Make sure you read their quotes carefully. They show a total and then, in the fine print at the bottom, list extra charges that will be applied. What is an “environmental pollution fee?”

I've been using Capital Windows and Snow to clean my windows for a number of years. Today, Dawson and Jasmine did an excellent job cleaning my windows, screens and gutters! They were friendly, fast and efficient! I can't find a streak anywhere! They were respectful of my property and left everything the way they found it. I will definitely be giving them another call next spring!

I've used Capital Windows & Snow for 2 years to wash my windows. The technicians they send have been extremely professional and have attention to detail. Most recently, Daniel & Charissa washed our outside windows and did a great job and were very quick. They were training another new colleague at the same time. I'm very happy with their follow up, and reminders of service needed. Saves me from having to call!
