The experience here is beyond fabulous. I’ve been searching for a new place and have now been to the salon a few times. It is consistently flawless. The cut Maureen gives me is the best I’ve had. The relaxing environment is incredible. I love the quiet room where they wash your hair. Candles. Soft music. The head message. I was in heaven. I can’t say enough about it. Flawless perfection. Thank you to the entire team.

Clarissa did a great job on my cut and partial high lights! She was also a delight to talk to for almost 3 hours. Beautiful salon, constantly asking if I needed more water (and they have every type of water/coffee available) and even brought me a snack through the service!!!

I have to say, seeing Ivan (the receptionist) is always my favourite part of coming to the salon. He is always so warm and welcoming when I arrive for my appointment. Not to mention, he learned how to make a london fog just for me!I also really like Maureen. She did such a great job with my blonde highlights. She clearly knew what she was doing and I particularly liked that I didn’t feel pressure to talk during the entire appointment. This made for a relaxing experience for me. Will definitely continue to return!

Just went here for a beautiful balayage by Clarissa Pedroso, honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon. All of the staff was friendly, they provided me with free drinks and snacks, and Clarissa was great overall! Great conversation, so helpful and friendly and I am absolutely in love with my hair! Definitely recommend and will be returning!

I went here a few years ago and my hair was done by amber and it was extremely well done. She brought my hair from dark brown to bleach blonde in one sitting. The receptionist there is so nice he really makes the experience great.Recently I came back for highlights and a hair cut with another hair stylist. My hair cut was super rushed after getting highlights so it was not very well done, however my hair colour looked nice overall

It was my first visit and I was quite anxious.Wow, I have never had a more pleasant, welcoming, attentive, relaxing experience in any salon.Huge thank you to Tony, I absolutely love my hair colour and haircut.I am excited to come back.

The folks at Tony Shamas were incredible and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience with them. I went there to get my hair bleached and dyed. The end result wasn't what I wanted so I went back and they told me of course they would fix it free of charge. Amazing! Right at that time the Ontario government decided to close down all the hair dressers (again!) and I couldn't go to my appointment with them. They refunded me the entire amount I paid for my hair! I couldn't believe it! I've never seen such a thing. Ivan at the front desk was absolutely superb and listened to me and made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you so much once again and I intend to go back :)

Sumi G is amazing. I have tried multiple times to get my hair a certain blonde and have been going to the same salon for 20 years. I decided to try a new salon and came across Tony Shamas. Not only was Sumi able to achieve exactly what i was looking for, i also have had minimal breakage and my hair is healthier than it has ever been. I visit the salon weekly because i am so impressed with their ability to give you your desired look. I highly recommend Tony Shamas. The staff is friendly, professional and very accommodating. Pricing in line with my other salon and expertise is top notch!

Tony and his team melted my hair off with bleach. It turned to mush. My hair is destroyed. I likely will have to shave my head because it’s was a root job therefore the damage begins at the crown and it’s so severe. The really disappointing part was not admitting fault and dismissing my concerns. I paid a professional salon $400 dollars to destroy my hair. Integrity of the hair is not a priority nor is caring about your customers to be honest.Other stylists I have shown are shocked about what has happened.
