Our son has played at BHi for years. He loves it, but he prefers the spring and fall leagues more than summer, due to the heat. The facility is clean, accessible, family friendly, and there are a variety of leagues and age divisions. The Staff are great. It takes a lot of work to run this organization. There’s plenty of parking. You can rent the rink for your own games, practices or team building events. Pricing is affordable, and the equipment needed is manageable for most families. See their website. If your child wants to try hockey or team sports, this is a great place to start. Many players keep returning for years.

Ok place to play. Definitely a lot of room for improvement in how adult leagues are run. Need some new faces and ideas and a willingness to change/accept criticism. Also how about fixing the boards and floor!

Great for kids and adults. Just need to update their hockey floors as they seem to be uneven in parts; also their portable needs updating. And maybe small pieces of floor breaking off.

Decently run place, but nothing is put back into the facilities. Rinks are falling apart, floor bubbling up, holes in the boards and nothing fixed or improved (but according to the waiver they are not liable for injuries). Season fees rise every season, with nothing shown in the facilities or professionalism of the officials.

My grandson played for the first time this year and he is in the youngest group. What better sport to teach young kids about the sport, allow them to burn energy and keep them confined to a safe area. The older (not a teenager) male coach was amazing! He was able to motivate the kids to play in ways that got my grandson excited to play. That coach needs to unleash that wisdom to the other coaches because when he was the ref when the older kids played he was greatly missed.

Run by absolute clowns. They cater to their favourite teams for both scheduling and refs. Don't care about keeping things fair, incredibly unprofessional organization. The rink is also a death trap when wet
