We had this company do a paverstone walkway and huge patio. They did a fantastic job! It turned out better then we could have hoped and they worked on it non stop in the extreme heat until it was all done. Would highly recommend them. They did not ask for any money until it was done. This is the sign of a truly honest contractor.

Poor workmanship and poor communication from this company. I was quoted on a front patio area with paver stones . When it came time to do the work they did not ask me what product I wanted and they just went ahead and did it . The end result was below average . I called them with my concerns and they did not care .

I had my driveway done a month ago. There was an issue around the finishing (lack thereof) around my garden. I have holes and divers where rain collects. I have called three times and still have no solution on how this will be fixed. I will update if this gets corrected.

Got a quote in late 2020 while they were doing city work on my street, called back in summer 2021 to confirm estimate and book a date for asphalt at some point July to Nov, called and spoke to receptionist 3 times over 6 weeks, never heard a word back from anyone though she said owner would call each time, on the final call I made I was told they were too busy after I enquired why they don't return calls, are they too busy to dial a number? Young lady told me that the first time I called in June they were too busy and started arguing and getting testy with me lol, why would I call you back every few weeks if you told me you were booked up, I would have called someone else as I'm an adult and understand english, If that's the way they treat you before they even get your money that's a company I want nothing to do with

Had a concrete walkway installed a few weeks ago. The quality of their work is fantastic. The entire team was polite, friendly, and clean. Thanks John and your entire team.

We had our driveway paved in July 2012. Since then, we have had issues with stones coming through and then washing away, leaving holes. It took months and many, many phone calls to have someone come and patch the holes. Days after that work, we sat in patio chairs on the driveway for an hour, on a 12 C day. When we moved the chairs, we have holes in the driveway. The tar has not cured after 10 months. We called again to have someone come to see this. We're still waiting for a return call or visit. We figure that they're trying to wait us out until the one year guarantee expires. For a company that doesn't advertise but gains their business from word of mouth, I can't believe that they do not deal with any issues that arise. We will be pursuing this further.

Reliable, friendly and hardworking! We just had some cement work and new driveway installed and we're thrilled with the whole process-couldn't be happier with the end result! Highly recommend this company. Thank you so much John, Paul and your amazing crew!

I am not actually a customer of this company, but have had a bad experience. My neighbour had work done from them recently and while the workers were at the property the fuse box blew. As the customer was not at home, they decided to plug their machines into my outside outlet without my knowledge! I came home to find the outlet open and dusty prints on my porch. I went to my neighbour to enquire and he informed me about what happened. I called the company to discuss this issue, but have yet to receive the return call that I was promised. Not sure how they remain in business with such poor customer service...
