I would give you're customer service a zero if I could Bob"... Wait until I find out who really owns you! You are rude! You are condescending. Must be business is good for you! Eh?! You're treatment of a new Comer was so poor that I'm standing here to give a review! I do not recommend cdga motorsports! At all! Run! Run to Maddies or Lanes in Watkins! Avoid this pitfall at all costs! And guess what " Bob"....I'm not done with you yet! You are rotten!"

Absolutely amazing service have been going to Canandaigua motorsports for 2+ years now and the service was nothing less of magnificent. Especially Megan from service and Kurt from parts they are always so helpful on finding parts and servicing my multiple motorcycles definitely got a customer for life! Shout out to the rest of the amazing staff over there keep up the great work! Definitely recommend to anyone who has a foreign toy!

Never had any bad experiences. I'm in there a lot and everyone is always very helpful. Andrew has been more than helpful with any parts, advice and even sold my latest bike to me. Fantastic fit. The little help I've needed from service has been quick and fair. Definitely recommend these guys over some of the other local options.

Got my first bike here (DR650) and everyone was so helpful and always had a smile. They were the only ones with the bike I wanted and they helped me get it out the door in no time.

I recently purchased a 2009 Triumph Rocket III Touring motorcycle from Canadaigua Motorsports and the experience was nothing less than stellar. Joel set up my appointment and Andy handled the sale and prep for my new bike. Customer service was second to none! The attention to detail and interaction with several customers, including the previous owner of the bike (who happened to drop in while I was there) made my day!I will only go to Canadaigua Motorsports for my service and maintenance. They are true professionals and my new friends for sure.

Took over a month to schedule a tire change and Inspection. Then they proceeded to damage the rear axle bolt, it has been another 2 weeks and no indication when the bike will be ready. Service rep Beka has been less than helpful. This part could have been overnited from various sources. Impression thier goal is not customer satisfaction. So much for summer riding. I would not recommend.

Just bought my first bike here and can not say enough good things about these guys! I dealt with Andrew and Everett and both of them were phenomenal. Andrew helped me select a good bike and ensure it was a good fit, then Everett helped me select the accessories to go with the bike. Both of them were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, which was great as I am still a new rider. The service department was also very helpful as they were able to get my bike ready to go in only a few hours so I could take it home with me later that day.Before I left Andrew also walked me through everything I needed to know about the bike, from pre start routine, how to break in the bike, and all the adjustments/maintenance that it will need. Thanks again, and I look forward to all of my future purchases with you guys!

This lady Margaret who works here is completely incompetent or just likes messing with people.It took two hours for them to process the paperwork on a bike I bought with cash.I showed up to pick the bike up when they told me to and emailed my license beforehand, so it's not like they were caught off guard.Their customer service is really bad.

Just picked up my Honda Pioneer with UTV Camoplast Tracks System. Andrew did a great job providing us a detailed overview of the machine. The process was stress free and fun, thanks Andrew
