This place is like jigsaw for teenagers when you get your teeth pulled and they get down to the last tooth.Your in pain, it's gorey, and you scream please stop and they say I can't, then when they get down to the last tooth the dentist couldn't handle hearing me screaming please stop then moneing when you can't talk because how long the pain is. So he asked me if I wanted him to stop so I said fine pull the last tooth.I was told to stop screaming by the receptionist even tho I was screaming in pain.The sedation apparently makes you forget but I remember back when I was 16 years old and still today I am angry about it so I take my anger out on my parents for paying for it.No antibiotics or t3's just tell you to go home and take advil and tynal.This is why I'm writing this review because I still know how it felt when I was 16 years old.Name me one person that do that to a child... Not even jigsaw would do that.

First time there because I needed an xray for braces. Reception made me feel inhuman and like I wasn’t allowed to be there. I kept getting looks from reception while waiting and they rudely called for me when it was time for my xray. The xray was quick and easy but reception staff really just made me feel terrible.

My wife had went to see Dr. Shady with a pain in her gums that had been there for some time, being to a different Dentist prior to this visit they had just told her to take Tylenol and nothing was wrong. Almost immediately Dr. Shady looked at the X-ray and had identified what the cause was and told us the steps required to fix this! The office is very nice and the staff are very friendly, we are both happy to say we have found our new dental office.

Amazing atmosphere and staff. I have a fear of dental work and anxiety and this is the BEST experience I have ever had.Dr. Dua is the kindest, most professional dentist. She explains procedures thoroughly, checks if you are doing OK, very gentle, and she cares about the patient.The assistants are also very friendly, pleasant, and do a good job.The ladies at the desk are friendly, funny, and create a nice atmosphere.Thank you team for working together to make this a wonderful dental clinic!!

Former 20years+ client.When I finally entered the 21st century and got a phone, Barb at the front desk wanted my phone#. After telling her I would prefer e-mail contact only as I work nightshift and can't fall back asleep after being woken, I was assured 100% that no one would ever call and all contact would be text only. I relented and gave my phone number to Barb.Three weeks later... phone call. Had to work all night on two hours sleep.Next appointment a few days later I made sure to mention the phone call and that maybe we should switch to e-mail. I was told by Barb that was just an error and shouldn't have happened, but to be absolutely certain it wouldn't happen again she could put a special note on my file not to ever call the phone number. All assurances given, so again I relented and kept the number on file.8 days later... Phone call.I didn't even have an appointment but went in person to have the phone number removed.Barb's compassionate response to me having to work on two occasions with next to no sleep after twice telling me I would NEVER receive a call?Well I just work here

I had to visit here for a filling when I couldn't get into my regular dentist. The staff was friendly and the dentist was a Rockstar! He was quick, efficient, and the experience was painless. The end result is flawless. I couldn't be happier. What started out as a huge inconvenience turned into one of the my better experiences at the dentists. I will be switching.

Front desk lady is rude on the phone! I called and tried explaining my situation and she just cuts me off saying if it's not an emergency you can't come in today". Get a new person at the front to answer calls in a kind professional manner!"

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!☆BUTCHERS WORK HERE BEWARE ☆No follow ups or accountability!!!!!!Worst group of dentists was with them for over 27 years!!!!!!Terrible TERRIBLE Terrible!!!!I had my mouth butchered by them no extra tests!MY NEW DENIST IS APPAULED AT THE CONDITION OF MY TEETH!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

All of the staff here are super friendly and informative! The receptionists are so welcoming and are also always on the ball with responding to calls and making sure they are able to find appointment times that work for me. Also, the dentists and other professionals inside explain everything they do clearly and make every visit comfortable. I'm normally nervous at the dentist, but they make the experience comfortable by speaking to me like a person. I've had experiences at other dentists that felt very rushed, somewhat painful/uncomfortable, and stressful. However, the professionals here always ask if I'm feeling alright, and always inform me of everything they're doing in my mouth. As someone who can be anxious at times, I might feel too nervous to speak out if I feel discomfort or nervous about a procedure. It's refreshing because you can tell they care about my comfort, not just getting the job done. Thank you!

The best dental practice I have ever been to and I'm 65. After being terrified of the dentist for years they completely put me at ease. The work is fantastic just like all the staff. Very highly recommended.
