The Carpet Factory Super Store

Very hard to get them to respond to any problems. Notified in May, no response as of yet. Very poor service! Would not recommend. Person who installs vinyl flooring is not professional at all. I could do a better job. Also put a white quarter round to cover damages to edge of brown laminate flooring. Notified not pleased with this, no response!

They were very helpful. Also, the flooring we bought is gorgeous and looks great down . The quality of their stock is excellent. I have no worries about either the laminate or the vinyl tile that we bought there.

Sent a few online requests for a quote, never heard back. Finally remembered when I had a free minute through the working day to call and got the receptionist who was super nice, told her I had submitted a few requests and she was quite apologetic putting me through to sales. Got a VM which said I'd get a call back before the end of the day. Left a VM with all my info and a week later still no call back. Good luck actually getting work done. I wanted to give you my money for some carpet that NEEDS to be replaced, but have to go with someone else apparently.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff were personable and willing to arrange prompt service. A broad range of flooring options were in stock, allowing us to view, book and install within days.The I itself was priced as quoted, so there were no last minute surprises. The finished floor was professionally installed and looked pretty as a picture!

We went to get a quote for both carpet and flooring. Our inital response was amazing customer service. They were great to deal with at the beginning. Very prompt. A week after flooring was put down it started to come apart. Contacted them and they said they would set up a time. After a couple months no repsonse. Called again and they said they will get it looked after. After another month or so never heard from them. Called again and they said someone will be by to fix. Its been almost a year and the issue is stil not fixed. Very disappointed.

We were in looking for a specific kitchen backsplash tile that was difficult to find. Kim, the owner, was very helpful in sourcing it and kept us updated along the way.

Made visit to location to purchase carpet, ordered sample and was told would arrive in couple days, couple weeks later with no contact from store I followed up, said there was delay and they would look into it. Never heard anything back, several weeks past again u til I received an update via email, they would have update on sample in couple days either way, never heard anything back again. Poor customer service, little to no follow up by staff, couldn’t even complete an order for sample of carpet let a load full order and install . From start to when I finally gave up trying to get sample, there was no sense of being valued by this business. Would not recommend to others, complete waste of time

There are no words for how frustrating and terrible the service is. After two weeks of trying I am still no closer to even having an order in for carpet, let alone having the carpet itself. I'm constantly getting passed off and then forgotten about. They refuse to cut the size of carpet I need. Calling over and over again. I was told email pictures to somebody there, and he never replied. After another try I was told my order was on the way. Days later, they forgot me again. I visited the store and they refused to cut my carpet. God help me I have to go elsewhere.

Great price and excellent service. This was not my first time doing business here. Would recommend to anyone looking for flooring.
