I was not impressed with the unprofessionalism of the owner. Part of the unfortunate encounter is my fault because I booked this company in error as their paid ad popped up first when I googled a different company; however, most of this was unavoidable/repairable. When I called to book, I asked if there was a day the company was scheduled to be in my town as I am not in Saskatoon. I was told “no, but it’s not that far so I can make any time work.” Despite specifically talking about travel, there was no mention of the $175 travel fee. I have never had duct cleaning services prior, so I did not realize that cleaning and sanitization are separate fees. I was never asked what I specifically wanted, or given the option to have the sanitization done or not; it was automatically done, and I was charged $189 without knowing it was an extra/optional cost. When I e-mailed and tried calling the owner about it following (he was not part of the on-site crew that day), I never received an answer or response. I did not ask for monetary reparations. I had the work done in April. I went on the website the same day and noticed there was a “free sanitization if you book a complete furnace and duct cleaning package” deal, and that deal continues to this day. I give 2 stars because the crew that came was professional, punctual, and did a decent job, as far as I could tell. I am also responsible because I booked with this company in error and didn’t ask many questions as I thought I was speaking with a different company that I already had info about. Nevertheless, there was no interest on the part of the owner to discuss anything.

Would not recommend, booked a cleaning, I moved furniture around to make easy access for them made arrangements for my children to be out of the house. No one showed up and no one would answer the phone it took three days to contact anyone and was given a lame excuse as to why no one showed up. Then was told they could re book me in three months later. Very unprofessional ended up going with another company.

I purchased a commercial property half built and when I finished developing it i hired these guys to clean ducts. Keep in mind this partially built restaurant was abandoned for aprox 10 years. They cleaned ducts and the 2 brothers visited restaurant once I opened. The one bro was constantly commenting that my furnace ducts were so dirty when they cleaned them and i commented that yes im sure they were , thats why I hired someone to clean them. He even commented that our ice in his drink was warm!!! He was super obnoxious and unprofessional. I think these guys might want to only clean out ducts that are already clean. Search out other duct cleaners.

I got a guy named Dakota, and he was awesome! Super friendly, fast, and was really chill with my dogs. I would recommend this company all day long! He cleaned my ducts super good and found a big problem on why my air isn’t moving too good. Thanks to him we will end up saving money on our power bill and have a warmed home! Thanks Dakota for going above and beyond!

Guy was unprofessional and seemed to really hate his job. Was super impatient and more expensive than other furnace cleaners. I should’ve read the reviews beforehand. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company is a front to launder money, I would not recommend

I had Dakota at my house to clean my vents, he was super friendly, on time and efficient. He made sure everything was done spectacularly. Only reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the owner of the company (whom I spoke to in order to book) was a little weird and pushy. And I'm not a fan of the old school way they had to charge my credit card. I don't appreciate having my card information written down. Not with all the new mobile ways to do it now.

Haley and Jeff did an awesome job. They were very respectful and explained what they were doing as they worked. Our ducts hadn't been done in a long time. The service they provided made me feel so much better about our home's air quality. There seems to be a more even distribution of heat and a much better flow. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We live in a new build and have been noticing a lot of construction dust still coming from our ducts. We had VacDaddy come in to clean them up for us and have been very happy with the whole experience. They were easy to arrange an appointment with and the team that came were professional and did a great job.

I had booked this company to have my ducts cleaned back in February. Unfortunately due to the cold snap we were forced to reschedule for a different day. We rescheduled approx 2 weeks later and both agreed on the date.The day before our scheduled cleaning i messaged them to ensure we were still good to go. I didnt get a reply.The next day (cleaning day) noone showed up. I messaged again and noone responded. Nor did anyone ever show up....I received a message back in July with no explanation as to what happened, why noone showed up or why I wasn't answered.In my opinion that type of service doesn't even deserve 1 star.I would not recommend this company.
