They have a large selection of electric forklifts and helped me select to fit my niche requirements.Purchased 2 Crown stand ups. The salesperson was easy to deal with and answered any questions or concerns I had. They offered electrician services when wiring in our chargers.After a few weeks they called us to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any concerns that we wanted addressed. Needless to say I was impressed with the service and am baffled by the negative reviews.Great service. Great product.

My company purchased a forklift from them, the forklift was very reliable, drove smoothly and was a steal of a deal. One of the technicians came out to do maintance and he was very friendly and got the job done quick and efficiently. Had a great experience with North star forklifts

The place that I work at bought a machine from Northstar, it has been great I am the main driver of the machine it’s Toyota propane. I use it inside the warehouse and out unloading trucks I’ve got no complaints!

We just purchased a Crown electric forklift from Northstar Forklift and everything went smoothly. We bought it outright and sent them a cheque before ever laying eyes on the unit. What arrived was perfect for us. They were very responsive and helped us sort out certification and maintenance after the sale was complete. I would highly recommend buying a forklift from them if you need one.

I cannot believed this forklift’s quality was pretty poor! I purchased this forklift only one month and never use it! Today I walked around it, but I found the wheels are broken!! unbelievable right?! That’s pretty ridiculous!!! Don’t purchase any forklifts from this company!!

I came in today with questions about my hyster electric the staff was very helpful and helped my figure out my problem. I also talked to their sale man Stephen about buying another machine he has found a machine that looks like it will work well for my company, I would recommend using them for buying a forklift.
