Colposcopy / Urodynamic Clinic

Have never felt so informed going into a procedure as I did before my biopsies. The nurse (Nicole?) was amazing and answered of my questions while also relaxing me before the procedure. She explained everything, and I felt like I knew exactly what to expect. Everyone is extremely friendly and really helped to calm my anxieties while I was there. Now, a few days later I was worried about something and went to the ER (st.catharines) and the doctor wouldn't even look at me, so I called the clinic today and they listened to what I had to say. They were able to inform me that what had happened was likely normal and should be okay. They also gave me symptoms to watch out for, just incase. Super reassuring and I'm very grateful to have them. The lady at the front desk was especially reassuring when I got emotional over the phone, she didn't get annoyed or stop listening to me.When you find doctors/a clinic that will actually listen to you, it's a wonderful day.
