Brigitte Zinck is a very pleasant and professional sales person. From purchase to delivery she handled everything in a very positive and helpful manner. When I took delivery she had everything organized and prepared for me in advance. My RV was thoroughly inspected, cleaned and prepared. I was shown how everything works and given lots of time and opportunity to ask questions. I was much more than satisfied with my experience and have only praise for Voyager RV. I would recommend them to everyone.

We went there hoping to upgrade to a bigger trailer. We walked around for 45 minutes. During that time, not one person came to see if we needed help or had any questions. Another thing was that half the trailers had their doors looked, so we couldn't see inside. Oh well, their loss.

We just purchased a trailer from Voyager RV Centre today, the personal and professional care the staff there give you right from the first online communication is why we wanted to purchase from them. Our salesman Jeff was so helpful, never pushy and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything before and after the sale. The confidence we had knowing that they had went over everything that might need attention before selling it exceeded our expectations! It really gave us peace of mind to purchase from Voyager RV as opposed to buying privately. Jeff and Cody did everything they could to make sure we hauled it home safely and happy!!

Riley was an amazing resource for me as I walked through my thought process for considering a new Class B RV. Working remotely, I relied on the information online and Riley’s research and support for my many questions. The video walk throughs he did of the vans considered were perfect! Once the decision was made, coordinating the transaction was personally difficult but once I had my “ride” sorted, Voyager took care of the rest. The on-site insurer was a godsend!! The Van walk through was super fun and exciting and then all the shopping in the outfitter store was the icing on the cake. A continued discount as a Voyager customer is also wonderful. The quality assurance that Voyager does to ensure a unit is delivered as intended by the manufacturer was also excellent! I have been out twice already in two weeks without issue. I have used everything and all is working well. Once you find your dream home on wheels, working with Voyager will be an additional reward!! It sure was for me.

Buying our trailer from Voyager RV was a 10/10 experience. Our sales rep Fraser was so knowledgeable and was able to provide us with real time support and assistance. The detailing and maintenance crew Dean and Duncan serviced our trailer and got us safely on our way. This dealership really has exceptional service and great quality machines. Voyager is a cut above the rest!
