White Oaks Foot & Ankle Clinic

First appointment everyone was really nice. The dr took the time to properly exam my feet and was 10/10. After they got my money they were a lot less willing to help. Setting appointments after for fittings and adjustments were increasingly difficult.I bought them in July and now they are wearing at the heels and digging in my heels. I called today and they said it would be $80 to get them refinished . Jot sure if it's worth it but will be sticking to my chiropractor from now on for my orthotics.

I went to see this doctor for an ingrown toe nail. I told him it hurt. He literally tried to remove my ingrown toe nail with NO freezing. Jammed the sharp scissors in so far my toe was bleeding and I yelled it hurt so he literally pushed the scissors in deeper while I was pulling my foot away. FINALLY, he says, I didn’t know it was that sore or I would have used freezing…I TOLD HIM IT HURT. OF COURSE IT HURTS! Maybe he’s never had one before. Seemed to me like he enjoyed seeing me in pain. I will never be going back here again!

They had awesome customer service & the doctor was very friendly. He helped me with my ingrown toenail. He numbed it and cut the nail. Thank you. I highly recommend coming here.
