Trendy building with a great view, it's right next to Allez UP, lots of companies and condos around, the building feels alive. I docked a star because the constant construction going on in the area. it's also a quick bus / 15 minute walk from Charlevoix metro

Beautiful industrial building converted in office spaces. Overall good, but the windows are incredibly dirty! It's shameful to have clients in given how dirty they are. I've worked there for 3.5 years now, never once they've cleaned them.
