Urban Barn

The staff was awesome! They helped us set up the bed frame before we left the store with it, as it was final sale we wanted to look it over. Both ladies were very nice and helpful and they had nice sale selection with the showroom moving locations.

I was in on Dec 14 to exchange a duvet cover that I had purchased online. Brian, the customer service person handled my exchange extremely professionally and went over and above to help me out. I had acidentally deleted my online receipt for this purchase and he took the time to find a hard copy in order to do this exchange . I was extremely happy with how this was handled and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommed this Urban Barn location as their service is outstanding. Very organized , clean and professional.

Even though I live in West Edmonton, I drove to Urban Barn in Sherwood Park to pick up an item that was out of stock in the local stores. When I arrived at Urban Barn in Sherwood Park, the item I wanted was waiting for my inspection. It had been all shined up and it really looked great. Then they carefully placed it in a padded box so it would safely make the trip home. Good work. I loved the excellent service.But the frosting on the cake was this...They were so friendly and helpful. They seemed to sincerely care about making my experience a good one. They asked me about my renovation project and made some well thought-out suggestions. Consequently, I purchased several additional items, which also look great in my home.Obviously I highly recommend this store.

Kori was awesome! It was so nice to have her to bounce ideas off of. She’s very knowledgeable and her opinions were much appreciated. Something that started off intimidating, turned out to be fun and exciting. Can’t wait for our house to be ready so that I can fill it with all the great pieces bought at Urban Barn.

We were searching for accessory decor for our new home. Jenny East was very helpful in helping with ideas and color coordination. We ended up with several decorative cushions and 2 of the Gershwin side tables in Brass, one which is on back order until December or ....supply issues exist in all business these days. When the 2nd one arrives, we will nest the side tables and use as a coffee table set. Thank you Jenny!

Love the furniture and decor we purchased from here. Shopped lots of furniture stores and could never find what I wanted until we came here. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. When it came time to order or furniture there were some issues. Discounts applied to one thing, had to pay more because item wasn’t allowed to be discounted. Things were ordered incorrectly, had to go back in to get a refund because the amount was wrong and put on the wrong order. Received our dinning chairs in the wrong colour. They are human and people make mistakes not the end of the world. However a little frustrating as we would rather them take a bit more time making sure things were correct before being so quick to take our money. I’m not sure if they are commission based but it would make sense if they were as they seemed to really want to make the sale them selves rather than ask for help.

If your looking for a store with great staff that are not only helpful but fun to deal with, this is your store. Christine was amazing. Ordered several items from this location, wall clock, pillows, and nesting chair. All delivered as promised and in great condition. Just made another large purchase of couch and ottoman. Long lead but due to supply issue. Hopefully it’s worth the wait so far everything else has been.
