I bought a 2022 Hyundai Kona N from Surrey Applewood Nissan in early February 2023 and it was a great experience!I saw the add on Car Gurus and sent them a message saying I was interested in the vehicle. I didn’t expect to hear back because I had been having difficulties getting a response from other dealers on there, but the next day I got a text from their sales manager Varinder, he was very friendly and helpful and got the process started right away for me, within the next two days he had a deposit done so I wouldn’t lose the vehicle and had me pre approved. Once I was there he introduced me to the sales staff and Gunjan the salesman who set up the test drive and helped me through the whole sales/trade-in process and I was able to get the vehicle that night. It was filled up and detailed for me, they made sure everything was good to go.Overall it was a very positive experience all the staff were very friendly, I never felt pressured or bullied into anything like with some other dealers.
