Mobil 1 did an oil change for me yesterday and it was so quick and convenient for me it was a drop in no appointment needed service. All the employees were helpful and professional. The customer service is incredible. After the service they give you a detailed report of everything and discuss it with you. Prices are better than what the dealership offered me. I’ll keep coming back to Mobil 1!

Spent $214 in April to get my oil changed by the people at Mobil 1 just to have to take it to Canadian tire and spend another $116 because the guys at Mobil 1 failed to tell me that my drain plug gasket was in terrible condition and my vehicle was leaking oil. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

This is a fantastic shop, with dedicated staff. They always go over and above to explain things, and the TV showing the underside of the car is absolutely fascinating for little ones. The staff have a vast amount of knowledge and can often give recommendations for future services.

Excellent service. Very professional.Although I declined a few of their suggestions on a couple items i did not feel pushed or hasted to make a decision.Thank you. I’m definitely coming back and if you live in Sylvan you should check them out.I noticed how they were coaching their new employees expecting them to provide the best service they could.
