As much as I am disappointed to leave a negative review, it has come time to do so. For the past year I have been having a horrible experience with Culligan.They have not only overcharged me twice, stating that the charge is for holding an extra bottle (even though it could not be finished in time for my new delivery) but did not return the money upon me giving back all empty bottles.They have delivered to the wrong address.They have consistently made mistakes with my bottle orders.They have told me delivery dates and not shown up (this has happened MULTIPLE times)They have not even bothered responding to my emails when I inquire about when my rescheduled delivery is supposed to be.I am tired of doing their job, following up and have money not returned back to me - and then be told that my water delivery date is 3 weeks away because they were not able to get a driver to my neighbourhood.For a loyal customer who has been with Culligan (ex Premium Springs) since 2016, time has now come to look elsewhere.

Skipped my delivery and didn't bother showing up for 2 weeks. I called, left voicemails and emailed with no response whatsoever. When I was finally able to reach customer service they advised that they have been closed. Also left a voicemail for CSR lead in Surrey. They lost a loyal customer as a result.

Culligan is always professional and courteous in their monthly service levels. Our family demands changes throughout the year and their flexibility to deliver more in the summer and less in the winter is a valued option. Great service!

I LOVE Culligan! The flexibility of their customer accounts, ease of requesting an order of water (and the process to receive), and the staff at the Surrey location are AMAZING!!!

Our experience with Culligan has been amazing! We were Canadian Springs customers for over 20 years and and in the past 5 years we couldn't EVER get through on the phone, they didn't answer emails and water deliveries were missed. Moving to Culligan has been the best decision. Their customer service is fast, efficient and personable.

Previously l would buy water jugs at the grocery store. Had to lift heavy bottles into shopping cart then into my car then out of my car into my house. I am a senior and I love the convenience of having the big bottles delivered to my door. The delivery person has always been so polite.

Had police called on me after showing an invoice to a rude and unprofessional customer service lady that shows that I paid for bottle deposit after she told me that my 3 jugs were given to me without deposit. She even resorted to making false accusations about me to the police saying that I was threatening and throwing stuff. Truly appalling experience.

This review is specific to White Rock and to whole home water conditioning. After using a Culligan system for over 5 years and with repeat attempts for them to make it work better, we finally have up and switched to a Kinetico system through Costco.I gave the Culligan system 2 stars as it wasn't useless, but it just wasn't very good. After 5 years, we have horrible calcium deposits on the shower glass that are etched in so badly, we can't clean it off. And we were going through 4 or 5 bags of salt per month.After a few days with the new system, we didn't realize how good it could be. Our water is actually soft now. Something the Culligan system could never achieve. Plus the new company tells me I will go through way less salt. We'll have to wait and see if that's true.TLDR: if you live in White Rock with our notoriously hard water, skip Culligan and go with another company.

This water company is great at ringing your door bell when you forget to put out your empty bottles. The drivers are vey helpful and polite! And they offer to put full bottles in your home for you, and your office staff is very helpful on your orders.
