Bought my first car from this dealership in 2017. I was able to finance the car myself. I cannot remember my sales persons name, but he did an amazing job and there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. Funny enough I was not able to drive manual at the time, but still fell in love with my subaru. Thank you for everything and I've been able to make so many amazing memories with my subaru. Thanks!

Nothing wrong with the car but the service wasn’t great. Lots of follow up and attention leading up but when I actually went to check out the car and it was obvious I was considering buying it, there was basically no sales/service. They handed me the key as soon as I got there, didn’t offer to show me anything (features, etc), I had to ask after I got back from the test drive. Service got even worse when they found out I wasn’t financing and was paying cash. Borderline rude, not enjoyable experience when you’re dropping $20k off. When I came back after an hour as they instructed to pay and sign the paperwork, the guy I was dealing with wasn’t even there so some other guy went through all the paperwork with me. At the end I basically just picked the keys off the desk and went on my way, no thank you, handshake, congrats, enjoy your car? Very strange and to cap it off the $300 deposit I put down to reserve the car was not returned to me. I texted 2 of the individuals I was previously dealing with to ask when this will be done (3 days after purchase) with no response and finally called their main number. The guy “looked up my file” and told me it was returned and it takes days for it to appear in your account and when I pushed back multiple times and finally asked for a receipt he said oh yeah it wasn’t returned I’ll do it now. It was in my bank account pending immediately. Overall just kind of a disappointing experience for a large purchase. I will say the first guy I was dealing with, who appeared to be the less senior guy returning calls, answering responses to ads, etc was really nice and answered all my questions leading up. I didn’t really deal with him day of but he also didn’t respond to my text re: deposit pay back. So that’s that.

I just purchased a car here, an amazing place with excellent service. Lucas was my sales person and was helpful, honest and kind! The quality price ratio is outstanding and I recommend buying a vehicle here!

I didn't buy a car but Donald did an excellent job with my brother . I highly recommend. He was even willing to help me finding a car for my boyfriend. The willingness to help in that place is remarkable. If ever someone needs to get a car this is the place to go!!!! 10/10

Nice dealership, bought a car from them and they were nice, transaction went well. The salesman was nice with me from the beginning and probably one of the most enjoyable purchases I’ve ever done.A year later, I went back to them to get another car and was satisfied again with the experience.

Overall, I had a good experience with Complexe Auto Plus. Dominic was very helpful, kind, and understanding with the purchase of my car and follow-up issues that I had. I gave one star off cause the upper mgt seemed to be a bit slow and I had to call multiple times to get my issue sorted. But in the end it was sorted with a huge thanks to Dominic who was persistent in ensuring that I was a happy customer. Would recommend purchasing from them!

Amazing dealer, I was able to get a great value for money. The car was in mint quality, no rust, clean with no smell. Donald was very patient, and transparent and made sure to go over anything I had questions or trouble understanding. Would recommend to anyone!
