I called them couple times with no answer on Saturday evening. So I also called other companies with no answer neither. To my surprise, Dave from this company called me back after couple minutes. I explained my problem and he arrived in about 10 mins. He even dropped me off at my home after towing my car to a repair shop. Thank you very much Dave.

I might have used this company, but with snow on the ground, their driver did donuts in his tow truck at an intersection in front of Central Park with families and seniors nearby and cars coming from both directions, it reflects poorly on this company.
