Lady Di's

She has my dress since just before covid.I bought one was told it could be taken out if i put on weight. Month before wedding i go for fitting and am told it cant be taken out! Panic! I had to buy a second dress and put first one on consignment now. So put first one on consignment and paid for another dress. Then i got a call would i take less for dress i put on cosignment…And she said she would call me back. But nothing?? Just want my money for first dress so Hello can someone call me?? You owe me money for that dress!! First two pics are the first dress. 3Rd pic is the second dress i had to buy because month before wedding im told 1St dress cant be let out which was not what i was told when i bought it!! Sell my dress please!So i can get my money back.

Wonderful job on my daughter's wedding dress, and on my dress. Pricing was so much less than I expected! Quality work, friendly staff, great prices. They get busy though, so book early.

There is no better place that you could take your alterations than to Lady Di's! She is quite simply amazing! We chose to drive from London to Windsor for all of our alterations because of a negative experience we had with someone in London and she was able to surpass all of our dreams for my daughters wedding dress, the bridesmaids dresses and the mother of the bride dress! We could not be happier! She even altered my daughters spanx so they could be worn with her wedding dress! Unbelievable! We would not hesitate to come back here for future alterations!

Diane is amazing at all alterations. Can't thank her enough for all her hard work with having to take in and then take out and then have to take in the wedding dress again and again because of the 5 changed wedding dates.She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel so special. What a lovely experience with these ladies! They added a lot of fabric to the back of my dress to close it in more. It was like they read my mind and added a few details to make it even better than what I asked them to do! The back of the dress was floral lace and you can't even tell it was touched. You did a flawless job. Thank you guys so much for making me feel comfortable and love my dress!! Highly recommend!

I brought a bridemaid dress in, needing minor alterations. They had my dress for 13 days.When I went to pick it up, it was not ready. They had barely touched it during the 2 week period of them having it.I had to wait for them to hurry and finish it and because of this, the dress does not fit. The sewn in cups are barely sewn in and not at all placed correctly. I'll be using tape to help that situation.The ladies are very nice, but I feel they are too busy for their own good.

I got my bridesmaid dress fitted and altered at Lady Di's and I cannot recommend them enough. Always extremely accommodating and communicative, they made the entire process SO easy. I will definitely be going to them next time I need dress alterations done!
