Anyone who works here is a bad person

I upgraded my phone today from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 Pro. I literally took over 3 weeks to hum and haw over the right move and their sales representative Keegan went the extra mile again and again to inform me of different opportunities to save, different features that would meet with my expectations and a full high quality introduction on how to use my new phone. Even the way he applied my screen protector was with a precision one would normal reserve for a neural surgeon. Easily the best service experience of my life and I am a pretty picky guy when it comes to technology. Highly recommend the team at Highland Cellular. UPDATE: Years later, the same great service, this time from Lionel. In and out with a new screen protector in less than 5 mins.

Good service but there can be a wait. It's usually due to the delay on the Telus end at their call in service centre. The staff stayed late to ensure my needs were met which I appreciated.
